Cancellation and refunds

How cancellation works

Every booking on this website comes with a cancellation policy chosen by the agency. The policy is shown on the booking page before you confirm and again in your booking confirmation. In short, the earlier before pickup you cancel, the larger the share of what you paid that is refunded. The table of the policies the agency offers, with their exact times and shares, is added to this page by the system, so that the table and the rules that apply always agree.

The legal minimum

No policy can offer a free-cancellation window shorter than the legal minimum for Jordan, which is currently 0 hours before pickup, where the law sets one. If a policy says otherwise, the legal minimum applies.

Refunds

• You are refunded the share that the policy of your booking states for the time at which you cancel.
• An amount paid online goes back to the payment method you used. An amount paid to the agency is returned by the agency.

A request not yet accepted

If the agency has to accept your booking request and has not done so yet, you can withdraw the request. Nothing is charged, and any amount held on your payment method is released.

No-show

If you do not collect the car at the agreed time and have not told the agency, the booking may be treated as a no-show and is refunded as the policy of your booking states, which may be nothing.

When the agency cancels

If the agency cancels a confirmed booking, it refunds everything you paid for it.
