Who these terms are with

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every booking you make on it. The website is run by Plaza Rent a Car (we, the agency), of Tariq Center, Al Shareef Abd Al Hameed Sharaf St, Amman. Who is who

• The agency is the lessor and the seller. It rents you the car, sets the prices and the conditions of the rental, and answers to you for it.
• YorDrive supplies the software this website runs on. It is not the lessor and is not a party to your rental. Where the payment for your booking is collected through YorDrive, it collects the money as a separate party, and the payment page says so.

Booking without an account

You do not need an account to book. You give your name and your phone number, and a code is sent to that number by message so that we know it is yours. Do not share the code with anyone. A booking is confirmed only when the booking page tells you so.

Prices, deposits and payment

The price, any deposit, any taxes and fees, and the ways you can pay are the ones shown on the booking page before you confirm. Part of the price may be paid online when you book and the rest at pickup, as that page shows. A deposit, where one is asked, is returned as the rental conditions on that page state.

Drivers, age and licence

Each car has requirements for its drivers, such as a minimum age and a driving licence held for a minimum time. They are shown on the booking page. By booking, you confirm that every driver you name meets them. At pickup we check the driving licence and the identity of each driver. If a driver does not meet the requirements, or the documents do not match the booking, we may refuse to hand over the car, and the booking is then treated as the cancellation page of this website describes.

Changes

To change a booking, contact us using the details above. Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation page of this website and the policy shown with your booking.

Using the car

You use the car under the rental conditions shown with your booking and the agreement you receive at pickup. They set out how you may use the car and what happens in case of damage, fines or a late return.

Governing law and courts

These terms and each booking are governed by the law of Jordan, and the courts of Jordan decide any dispute about them. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow you to give up.
